My Story
You may feel emotionally exhausted from carrying the weight of school/work, parenting, relationships, financial stress, or simply trying to hold everything together. Anxiety, burnout, depression, and life transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed and stuck. You do not have to face it alone.
I offer a supportive space where you can process challenges, build healthier coping skills, and begin feeling more balanced. A place where you can exhale, feel heard, and heal without judgment. In our first session, we will discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy in a warm and welcoming environment.
With more than 20 years of experience, I specialize in helping Black women, parents, and individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, racial stress, and emotional exhaustion. My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and tailored to your needs. I use evidence-based techniques, including CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy, because you deserve care that actually works.
If you are ready to address anxiety, depression, school-related stress, relationship concerns, or feelings of overwhelm, I am here to support you. Telehealth services are provided throughout Louisiana and Georgia to support flexible scheduling and convenience.

What I Believe
Your identity, your culture, and your lived experience are not footnotes here. They are central to the work.
This is a space where you can exhale. No judgment, no rushing. Just real conversation.
Healing is not about fixing what's broken. It's about uncovering the strength that was always there.
How I Work
