Areas of Support
Every service is rooted in cultural humility, evidence-based practice, and a deep commitment to your healing, on your terms.
What We Work On Together
Thriving through one of life's biggest transitions.
Starting college is exciting, and overwhelming. Between academic pressure, being away from home for the first time, navigating new social dynamics, and figuring out who you are and what you want, it's a lot to carry. You don't have to struggle through this all alone. Therapy can give you the calm place you need to navigate all the change.
What we work on together:
You don't have to figure it out alone.
Becoming a mother is one of the most profound transitions a woman can experience, and one of the least talked about honestly. Postpartum depression, anxiety, identity shifts, and the pressure to "bounce back" can leave new moms feeling isolated and overwhelmed. Your wellbeing matters just as much as your baby's.
What we work on together:
Finding your way back to yourself.
Depression can make even the simplest tasks feel impossible: getting out of bed, showing up for the people you love, or simply feeling present in your own life. You may feel heavy, disconnected, or like you've lost the version of yourself you used to know.
What we work on together:
Building calm from the inside out.
Racing thoughts, constant worry, physical tension, always waiting for the other shoe to drop. Anxiety can be exhausting, especially when you're expected to hold everything together. Whether it's generalized anxiety, social anxiety, or the pressure of being a high-achieving Black woman in demanding spaces, you deserve relief.
What we work on together:
Navigating change with clarity and confidence.
Entering a new chapter. Managing College. New city. New relationship. New role. Loss of a loved one. Divorce. Empty nest. Life transitions, even positive ones, can shake your sense of identity and direction. It's okay to feel uncertain. Together, we'll help you find your footing and move forward with intention.
What we work on together:
You deserve connections that nourish you.
Struggling in your romantic relationship, navigating difficult family dynamics, or feeling unseen in your friendships? Relationship stress can affect every area of your life. Whether you're working through conflict, codependency, communication breakdowns, or healing from domestic abuse, this is a space to explore it all.
What we work on together:
Your ambition deserves support.
Burnout, imposter syndrome, workplace microaggressions, feeling stuck or undervalued: career stress is real and it takes a toll. As a Black woman navigating professional spaces, you may carry additional burdens that others don't see. You don't have to white-knuckle your way through it.
What we work on together:
Raising children while caring for yourself.
Parenting is one of the most rewarding and most challenging roles you'll ever hold. Whether you're navigating behavioral challenges, co-parenting conflict, single parenting, or simply trying to break generational cycles, you deserve support too. You can't pour from an empty cup.
What we work on together:
